hayyyy

so i ended up making the snickerdoodle cupcakes, and they were delicious!!! i used cream cheese frosting and sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top :) after my yummy baking night, i went to my church's winter retreat the next day. it was awesome! i was in a small group with girls in my grade, and i loved it. i got such a better outlook on drama and school and life. i just really hope i can keep up the same perspective...

unfortunately i got into a little drama wednesday night, but that was just old stuff resurfacing. im not gonna get myself into that anymoree!!

well i'll post again soon about how im gonna be a better person, but for now i must go back to spanish class!!! adios :)

student by day, chef by night

so i've recently discovered my love of baking, well let me rephrase that: i've been having lots of fun looking through cookbooks, so tonight im becoming a chef with two of my besties. who knows? i might be the new rachel ray... or i might just need to stick to studying. either way im more than excited to get to spend some quality time with my buds in the kitchen. im trying to decide between:

jalapeño chesse bagels. don't they look like they are off of a panera menu or something! so cheesy and delicious! but if im in the mood to satisfy my sweet tooth...

or pumpkin muffins with cream cheese filling. im such a sucker for pumpkin spice flavor, and when you throw in some cream cheese... i know its heavenly.

or snicker doodle cupcakes. oh how i love snickerdoodles, the warm cinnamon just melts in your mouth, i just hope the cupcake is the same way!








no matter what i make though, im sure me and my friends will have a blast making mistakes and spilling ingredients! so i hope everyone has a great time tonight, whatever you're doing, even if you aren't fulfilling you're new found desire! au revoir

school is back, along with complaints

so i haven't posted in such a long time and im very sorry! i've just been enjoying christmas break/dreading coming back to school... well, the time has come and i write from the history room after taking a dumb quiz on the Aryan civilization. it's the first week back and i already had to take a sleep in day, and miss first period. this semester is just not going as well as the first. the days seem to be never ending... its terrible. but my art class is pretty fun! i switched out of forensics and now im in drawing and composition. we've drawn an eye, thought of creative questions, done bubble brainstorming, and written a poem about ourself. it makes me wayyy happier than sitting in a forensics room as a study hall. so now that i've bored you with my semester dilemmas, im gonna change the subject....

starbucks no longer serves ham breakfast sandwiches!!! TRAGEDY... pure devastation.
im now going to be forced to dissect fatty bacon instead of enjoying magnificent ham.
terrible news, i know.

also, i decided that hulu really makes me mad. i watched the whole first season of "samantha who?" (which was quite amusing) and then when i wanted to start the second season, i was informed i had to subscribe to hulu plus! its 7.99/month and my parents told me if i wanted it, i had to pay for it. no chance... im just gonna have to find another way to finish this hilarioussss show! any suggestions would be great!

my fourth topic for the day is my annoyance with basketball. my coach is making me lift weights at home... umm? do i look like a man?? its terrible. i've been sore since tuesday.. marvelous. alsoooo if i dont wear my very manly sweatsuit to the game (aka in public!!!) im not allowed to play.. awesomeeee. hopefully, my basketball troubles will disappear along with my hunger..

speaking of... why am i always hungry!!! since new year's i've yet to be satisfied. its a serious problem and if i start to gain weight im going to be super angry....

wellllll that was my longest post yet and i still have more to say, (i promise not all of my thoughts are complaints) but i'll just wait til next time...
